Every new booking starts here. We come to you, meet your pet in their own home, and get a feel for their personality, quirks and needs. It's free, there's no obligation, and it means day one of walking is already familiar for your dog.

Private Walk — 30 / 60 Minutes

One-to-one time, just for your dog.

Sometimes your dog just needs their own walk. No other dogs, no distractions — just focused attention, a good sniff around, and time with someone who knows them. Perfect for dogs who find groups stressful or simply prefer things on their own terms.

Off-Lead Session — Secure Field | 1 Hour

Room to run. Safely.

For dogs that need to really let loose, our off-lead sessions take place in a fully secure field — no roads, no escapes, just space to run, explore and socialise freely. Sessions are available in 1-hour slots with the exact time confirmed after booking.

Small Group Walk — 60 Minutes

A social walk in one of the Wirral's loveliest spots.

The Wirral is full of incredible dog‑walking routes — coastal paths, open fields and peaceful green spaces. This group walk makes the most of it, giving your dog fresh air, gentle social time and plenty of sniffing adventures, all with a familiar face leading the way..

Pet Home Visit — 30 / 60 Minutes

Company, care, and a bit of fuss — right at home.

Not every pet needs a walk. Our home visits are all about making sure your pet is happy, safe and well looked after while you're out. We'll pop in for garden time, toilet breaks, fresh water, medication if needed, and plenty of cuddles.

Puppy & Kitten Drop-Ins 2 x 30 Minutes

The gentlest start for your newest family member.

Young animals need more frequent check-ins and a lot of patience. Our puppy and kitten drop-ins include two visits per day so your new arrival is never alone for too long — and is getting the gentle, consistent care they need during those important early weeks.

Small Animal Visit — 15 Minutes

Because small animals deserve great care too.

Rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats — they all need looking after when you're away. We'll pop in to check on them, refresh food and water, give them a little company, and make sure everything's as it should be.

When life changes suddenly, Parkgate Paws keeps your pet safe, settled and cared for. We provide regular home visits throughout the day, covering feeding, toilet breaks, walks, enrichment and companionship — all while your pet stays relaxed in their own home.

For dogs who prefer company, we also offer a Day Stay option, where your dog spends the day with us for comfort, enrichment and supervision.

Day & Evening Home Care Package | 3 Visits

Pets stay at your home while you are away.

A perfect option for dogs who are comfortable sleeping through the night but still need company, routine and reassurance throughout the day.

Your dog stays in their own home, and I provide three dedicated visits:

You’ll receive clear communication and regular updates throughout, so you always know how your pet is doing.

For owners heading away, we offer holiday pet‑care visits for dogs, cats and small animals, keeping feeding, litter trays, routines and companionship exactly as your pet prefers.

For dogs who need support throughout the day but are happy sleeping overnight, our Day & Evening Home Care Package provides morning, afternoon and bedtime visits, giving structure and reassurance without an overnight stay.

When life gets unpredictable, our Emergency & Unexpected‑Absence Care steps in with flexible daytime visits or a full day 'Stay With Frey' option, ensuring your dog, is never left without support.

On‑lead group walks are kept small — no more than four dogs — so every dog gets proper attention and for dogs who love to really run, our off‑lead sessions take place in secure fields where larger groups can stretch out, socialise and burn energy safely.
